Full-bodied cocktail with amaretto, bourbon, citrus, orgeat syrup and a creamy egg white foam.

10mlLime juice

Ice

20mlLemon juice

15mlEgg white (optional)

15mlCask-strength bourbon

30mlLazzaroni Amaretto

5mlOrgeat syrup

Preparation

Put all liquid ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously and strain the cocktail into a tumbler with ice.
Garnish optionally with orange or a cocktail cherry.
