Paix Dieu is an abbey beer brewed by Brasserie Caulier on the French-Belgian border. It used to be brewed in the Paix Dieu monastery, but nowadays Caulier brews this gem. Strong, powerful, and heartwarming. If you close your eyes while taking a sip, you experience the monastic atmosphere.
