White mocha ube

Iced coffee based on espresso, white chocolate, ube, milk and Arla Pro Cold Foam.

Ingredients

1Double espresso
100mlHot water
Pinch of salt
60gWhipped cream
150gWhite chocolate
270mlArla Organic whole milk
50gSugar
1units.eetlepelUbe powder
Ice cubes
Arla Pro Cold Foam

Preparation

  1. Bring 120 ml of the milk, the cream and the sugar to a boil.
  2. Pour the mixture over the white chocolate and stir until smooth.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the white mocha sauce into a dosing bottle and let it cool.
  5. Mix the ube powder with the hot water and strain the mixture to avoid lumps.
  6. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add 4 cl ube mix and 2–3 cl white mocha sauce.
  7. Top up with the rest of the milk and pour the espresso over it.
  8. Garnish with Cold Foam and serve.
