Ingredients: 2 units.theelepel Cane sugar; 1 Double espresso; 100 ml Arla Organic whole milk; Ice cubes; 50 ml Vanilla custard; Arla Pro Cold Foam; 2 units.eetlepel Pink grapefruit juice

Iced coffee based on grapefruit, vanilla custard, espresso, milk and Arla Pro Cold Foam.

1Double espresso

100mlArla Organic whole milk

Ice cubes

50mlVanilla custard

Arla Pro Cold Foam

2units.eetlepelPink grapefruit juice

Preparation

Mix the vanilla custard with the juice and pour the mixture into a glass.
Add ice cubes, milk and finally the espresso.
Garnish with Cold Foam, sprinkle with cane sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch.
Add extra sugar if desired for a thicker, crunchier caramel.
Serve immediately after caramelizing.
